In order to confirm your booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required with the final balance payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival. If your date of arrival is less than six weeks away, payment in full is required at the time of booking.
Arrival time is typically between 12 noon and 3pm with Saturday being changeover day. Guests are asked to vacate the apartments by 10am on the day of departure.
We regret that pets cannot be accommodated at Kent's Bank Apartments.
Smoking in the apartments at Kent's Bank is strictly prohibited.
Kent's Bank Apartments require a security deposit (in lieu of damages) of 150GBP. This deposit covers Kent's Bank Apartments against any damages beyond reasonable wear and tear that may occur during your stay. On arrival, we will require an authorisation on your credit/debit card for 150GBP (no monies are taken from your account) which will be cancelled on departure following a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
Please ensure your Travel Insurance is current as refunds cannot be given for cancelled bookings.
